A deposit of fifty percent of the agreed upon fees is to be received along with a signed Service Agreement to start the service. Remaining fees and expenses will be paid at the time Hawaii Import Documentation is to be prepared, and air travel arrangements are made. All expenses must be pre-paid prior to your pet's arrival in Hawaii.
